What are your forms of payment?

Due to security risks associated with large cash transactions, we are a credit only salon and accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). All debit cards are processed as credit. No cash or personal checks accepted. If you'd like to make arrangements to pay with a money order please contact us at info@luxieextensions.com.
We also accept PayPal and Venmo (please ask to send invoice prior to appointment). We also work with third parties such as Partial.ly and Sezzle for payment plan options ( learn more). If interested in a payment plan, please email us.

How much is a deposit?

~~FOR DALLAS All installation deposits are $100 and non refundable. Deposits for hair goods must total 100% of hair cost and are non refundable. For all other services we require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. ~~FOR LOS ANGELES All appointments are to be paid in full during checkout at booking.

Why do you require a deposit?

Extensions are a lengthy process that require your CrownMaker to set aside a large amount of time. As all visits are scheduled by appointment only (no walk-ins accepted), the stylist cannot recoup lost income in the event of a no show. To prevent no calls/no shows, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to guarantee compensation if a client cannot make the appointment. If the client is able to cancel or reschedule 24 hours before scheduled appointment, the deposit is held for 365 days and used toward the client's next scheduled visit.

Is the deposit refundable?

All deposits are non refundable. However if you need to cancel or reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment and you wont forfeit your deposit. We will hold it for no more than 365 days and you can transfer to your next scheduled appointment. You may also transfer your deposit to another client.

No call/no shows

Any no call/no shows will not be allowed to rebook. No exceptions.

Do you have a Refund policy?

FOR DALLAS We stand by our work 100% and offer a 14-Day No Risk Warranty with Satisfaction Protection. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with how your extensions look, please contact the salon and let us know. We will see you as quickly as possible and make it wonderful for you, absolutely FREE OF CHARGE. And if we still can't make you happy, we will give you your money back for your SERVICE PORTION, no hard feelings. FOR LOS ANGELES We offer a 24 hour grace period where a FULL REFUND will be granted 24 hours after booking an appointment but only if the scheduled appointment date is at least 72 hours from intital booking date. If an appointment scheduleddate is less than 72 hours from initial booking date, the funds paid should be considered non-refundable. Due to the time intesive nature of offering mobile services, all of our services require prepayment and are non refundable after the grace period expires.) *Due to the nature of natural hair products and because we purchase them through 3rd party vendors, we cannot gaurantee the hair. If you would like a gaurantee on the hair it is highly advised that you work with one of our high end brands like Dream Catchers or Hair Dreams as they offer a warranty on their product and you may be able to secure a refund or replacement directly from the Vendor. We will handle that process for you but it is up to the vendor/manufacturer for final word on any claims/refunds.

How much do extensions cost?

Installation fees are listed under the services section (click here). Hair costs vary from person to person and are listed here based on our most popular packages. In general, hair costs about $350+ for 4 ounces of B grade hair. Higher quality costs more and the price can go up or down depending on the grade, length, amount, and availability.
